We are Chris and Kyle, the co-founders of candidate.fyi - the missing candidate experience layer for talent teams. We are thrilled to be writing our first ever blog post and sharing our story with you!

So, let's start with the basics. Chris here, I have experienced firsthand the frustration of going through poorly designed interview processes. The lack of transparency, the uncertainty of where I stood in the process, and the absence of any guidance or feedback were just some of the issues I faced. And let me tell you, it wasn't fun. I knew that there had to be a better way to approach the interview experience, one that put the candidate's needs and experience at the forefront.

On the other hand, Kyle, my brother and co-founder, worked with recruiting teams to come up with innovative and effective ways to attract and retain top talent. We realized that by combining our experiences and expertise, we could build a solution that would revolutionize the candidate experience.

And that's how candidate.fyi was born! Our vision is to create a world where job seekers have access to a transparent and enjoyable interview experience, where they know what to expect. We want to empower companies to create personalized and engaging interview experiences that will help them attract and retain top talent.
