Our team’s (TA) primary goal has been to create a candidate experience that differentiates us from the laundry list of tech companies also competing for the same talent. Prior to utilizing candidate.fyi our process was extremely manual, with multiple email threads, various touch points, and several PDFs. While we went above and beyond for each candidate entering our process, we could feel that there was room for efficiency and automation. We were then introduced to candidate.fyi and the rest has been history! candidate.fyi has helped us create more transparency around our process, giving candidates the ability to learn about us and how to set themselves up for success in each interview stage. It also allows us to fully understand where some of our gaps or pain points may be during the interview process, thanks to their wonderful Pulse Surveys.
